The Hotel agrees to block the following guest suites for the Oklahoma Wing Conference 2024

Room Rate: Non Smoking - King Studio Suite $139.00

The above rates are exclusive of hotel occupancy tax in the amount of 5.5% plus current.

Group is Tax Exempt.

In addition, in order to accommodate early arrivals and late departures of attendees,

the hotel shall provide guest suites at the Event Rates

for the period two days before through two days after the Event Dates based upon availability.

Additionally, all room rates include the following benefits:
Free Made to Order Breakfast including omelet station and full buffet
Complimentary 2-Hour Evening Reception with snacks, wine, beer and cocktails
Onsite Restaurant, The Local Kitchen and Tap and Room Service
Complimentary WIFI in all Guest Suites and Event Space
Indoor Pool & 24-hour Fitness Center
Fireside Patio

RELEASE OF ROOMS NOT RESERVED
The Hotel will hold the Room Block until the established cutoff date of March 14, 2024

at that time all unreserved guest suites in your Room Block will be released for sale to general public.

Thereafter, the Hotel will accept additional reservations for your guests if available for the Event Dates,

but the hotel cannot guarantee the availability of the negotiated Group Rates.
